Occupational Therapist

Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guiding patient assessments and creating personalized care plans; supervise care and treatments, and address patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients, deliver compassionate, individualized therapy, and contribute to outcomes through collaborative teamwork and use of available technology. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience). A strong emphasis on empathetic care, patient-centered planning, and ongoing professional growth is emphasized within a nationally recognized inpatient rehabilitation environment.
