Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to support meaningful functional recovery. Build relationships with patients by addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to guide treatment and monitor progress, and ensure documentation and compliance with licensure requirements. CPR certification is required; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
