Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients, including conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, supervising treatments, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful patient relationships, deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team using advanced rehabilitation technology to optimize outcomes. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience) as part of ongoing professional growth within a national inpatient rehabilitation leader.
