Occupational Therapist

Direct care-focused Occupational Therapist responsible for delivering compassionate, individualized OT services to rehabilitation patients. Provides patient assessments, creates personalized care plans, guides treatments, supervises care, and builds meaningful relationships to support successful recovery and independence. Works within a collaborative, supportive team and utilizes specialized skills to drive positive outcomes and quality of life. Requires current licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
