Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients and celebrate patient victories as part of a collaborative rehabilitation team at Encompass Health. Master’s degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s with relevant experience); licensure/certification per state regulations and CPR certification are required. Be part of a national inpatient rehabilitation leader focused on compassionate, personalized care and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
