Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatients, guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Celebrate patient victories along the way. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience; Encompass Health emphasizes compassionate, team-based care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting.
