Occupational Therapist

Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes within a collaborative Encompass Health team. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience. Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
