Occupational Therapist

Provide direct occupational therapy to inpatient rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and developing personalized care plans to address physical, mental, and emotional needs. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and independence, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and use evidence-based interventions to achieve positive patient outcomes. Maintain licensure and CPR certification as required; Master’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience; participate in ongoing education and professional growth. Work within a supportive, patient-centered environment at Encompass Health with access to technology and a focus on compassionate, high-quality care.
