Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Work within a collaborative team, delivering compassionate, personalized care using specialized OT skills, with access to cutting-edge technology. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
