Job Summary
Provide direct care to patients through occupational therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and independence. Supervise care and treatments within a collaborative team, celebrate patient progress, and engage with cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master‘s Degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
