Occupational Therapist

Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in need of rehabilitation services. Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery and celebrate patient victories along the way. Work within a collaborative, values-driven team and utilize evidence-based practices to deliver compassionate, personalized care. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience in the field.
