Job Summary
Deliver individualized school-based Occupational Therapy services to students ages 3 and up in K-12 settings; develop treatment programs aligned to IEP or medical plans; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team; supervise COTAs as needed; conduct comprehensive evaluations and ongoing assessments; complete annual and triennial reviews; maintain thorough documentation and progress reports; required MN OT license (or eligibility), background check, and TB clearance; opportunities include license reimbursement and tuition assistance; full benefits and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Current Occupational Therapist license in the state where services are delivered, or eligibility to obtain such licensure
- English communication skills
- DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance, as applicable by state
