Job Summary
As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health, provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, guide and supervise treatments, perform patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to support independence and improved quality of life. Build meaningful patient relationships, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, use advanced rehabilitation technology, and contribute to positive outcomes. Requires current state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with substantial experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
