Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients, including assessing functions, creating and supervising individualized care plans, and collaborating with patients and families to support recovery. Conduct patient assessments, deliver personalized interventions, and document progress; build meaningful patient relationships to support independence and improved quality of life. Requires state licensure/certification, CPR certification, and typically a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s with substantial experience).
