Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to an outcomes-driven, collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team at Encompass Health. Qualifications include state-regulated licensure/certification, CPR, and a Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
