Providing direct occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Collaborate with a compassionate care team, build meaningful patient relationships, utilize evidence-based interventions, and contribute to outcomes using available technology. Strong emphasis on empathy, patient-centered care, and ongoing professional growth within a nationwide rehab leader.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
