Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns to support independence and recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to a collaborative team using advanced technology in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires current licensure or state certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s plus relevant experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
