Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy care to rehabilitation patients, supervise therapies and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate patient progress, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on delivering compassionate, high-quality care using up-to-date technology. This role supports professional growth, benefits, and ongoing education within Encompass Health’s inpatient rehabilitation program.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
