Occupational Therapist

Assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy programs to help residents achieve maximum potential and independence. Provide occupational therapy services and initiate referrals per department procedures. Conduct resident screenings alongside the C.O.T.A. to determine intervention needs and perform comprehensive evaluations assessing impairment, disability, and dysfunction. Communicate findings to residents, families, and the team. Develop treatment plans by identifying deficits, setting short and long-term goals, and outlining methods to achieve them.
