Job Summary
Occupational Therapist providing direct care to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to drive recovery and independence. Build meaningful patient relationships, deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, and contribute to outcomes using collaborative, supportive team environment and access to updated technology. Requires active state licensure, CPR certification, and either a Master’s Degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience.
