Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients; supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Celebrate patient victories and collaborate with a supportive team, leveraging evidence-based practices and technology to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care. Eligible candidates possess licensure/certification, CPR, and ideally a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s plus experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
