Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients, celebrate progress, and contribute to outcomes within a collaborative Encompass Health inpatient rehabilitation setting. Requires current state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
