Job Summary
Assess diverse patients across orthopedic, neurological, sensory, and cancer recovery conditions to develop treatment plans and conduct evaluations. Interview patients, families, and caregivers to gather functional history, then establish measurable goals and administer adjusted treatment programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor patient progress while documenting thoroughly and providing motivating care. Work a day shift from Monday through Friday. Student loan repayment and relocation assistance are available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License
- AHA BLS within 30 Days
- Must be flexible
- Must be adaptable
- Must be exceptionally organized
- Must be a personable, motivating team player
- Must be available for Days shift
- Must work Monday - Friday schedule
