Occupational Therapist

Assess diverse patients including orthopedic, neurological, and cancer recovery cases; develop treatment plans and conduct evaluations/re-evaluations. Perform appropriate treatments using modalities and therapeutic procedures to maximize functional skills toward independence with activities of daily living. Document results electronically on inpatients, outpatients, and home environments according to SRDH and occupational therapy practice standards. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide positive, motivating care while maintaining a safe environment considering unique patient risk factors. Requires BLS certification and 1-3 years of acute care practice; located at Siena Hospital in Nevada.
