Job Summary
Evaluate clients and provide Occupational Therapy upon physician orders, managing and supervising OT assistants and rehabilitation aides in direct client care. Plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate departmental services including scheduling, transportation, and filing while complying with the Occupational Therapy Practice Act. Perform special assignments as directed by the Director of Clinical Services. This role requires a Colorado license, one year of experience, and a valid driver's license for travel between patient homes in Montrose, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Must be licensed or registered in the state of Colorado as an Occupational Therapist.
- Graduate from an Occupational Therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association or is eligible for certification by the American Occupational Therapy Association under its requirements.
- A minimum of one year experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Must have a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
