Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients in need, supervising treatments, leading assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs for successful recovery, while celebrating their victories along the way. This role supports individuals toward independence and improved quality of life within Encompass Health's national inpatient rehabilitation network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field

- Master's Degree preferred
