Job Summary
Assess clients in their homes to develop accurate therapy care plans, prescribe equipment, and implement health promotion programs tailored to real environments. Exert critical thinking to provide complex preventative or corrective actions that solve problems interfering with clients' ability to perform important daily activities. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and family caregivers to build holistic treatment goals and service plans. This role involves predominantly working in the south end of Muskoka, Ontario, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Candidates must hold an active Ontario Occupational Therapy registration, a valid driver's license, and reliable vehicle access.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized Post Secondary program in Occupational Therapy
- Current active registration and is in good standing as an Occupational Therapist with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario
- Must have a Valid Driver's License and the use of a reliable vehicle
