Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy care to rehabilitation patients in an inpatient setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support independence and improved quality of life. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy within a collaborative team, build meaningful patient relationships, and contribute to outcomes while utilizing available technology. Requires active/state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor's degree with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
