Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create comprehensive evidence-based treatment plans that maximize functional outcomes and optimize discharge for pediatric patients. Provide patient and family-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment while demonstrating clinical excellence, autonomy, and adaptability. Take an active role in program development and quality improvement, committing to ongoing learning through peer mentorship and clinical education. This 100% FTE day shift position includes a regular weekend rotation and eligibility for a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Located at American Family Children's Hospital, a Magnet-designated Level One Pediatric Trauma Center, the role supports specialized care for the tiniest patients throughout Wisconsin.
