Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to join Concordia Visiting Nurses to evaluate and assess individual patient needs, create personalized treatment plans, and inspire functional independence. Use evidence-based methods to improve motor functions, cognitive abilities, and daily activities; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team; educate patients and families; monitor progress and adjust plans; enjoy autonomy and a flexible schedule while delivering high-quality home health therapy in a Christian, equal-opportunity environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current PA Occupational Therapist license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting
