Occupational Therapist

Evaluate functional abilities, develop personalized treatment plans with physicians and the interdisciplinary team, and deliver targeted interventions to support patient recovery goals. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment approaches as needed, and maintain clear documentation to ensure continuity of care. Provide patient and family education to encourage engagement in rehabilitation and improve long-term outcomes. Collaborate with therapy assistants, students, and other clinical members to ensure safe transitions of care. Full-time day shift with rotating weekends; basic life support certification required within 30 days.
