Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (Part Time) at Clarion Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Clarion, IA. Responsibilities include screening/evaluating patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders and developing a plan of care; administering rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatments (ADL retraining; therapeutic activities; therapeutic exercises; modalities; use of supportive and assistive devices); assessing patient progress and adjusting treatments; documenting outcomes; providing consultation to patients, families, and other service providers; and preparing comprehensive discharge summaries. Collaborates with in-house therapy teams and nursing staff; offers opportunities for clinical development, leadership training, and mentorship within a supportive post-acute care environment.
