Job Summary
Manage and provide skilled occupational therapy to patients and clients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities. Conduct individual patient evaluations and treatments tailored to special physical or age-related needs. Utilize professional consultations to achieve maximum patient independence based on functional levels and potential. Requires skills in patient/client evaluation, treatment planning, and professional consultation to address individual requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Ph.D. from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience
- Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience
- Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
