Job Summary
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate children's motor, sensory, cognitive, and emotional development using standardized tools and clinical observations. Develop individualized treatment plans and implement evidence-based interventions addressing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care abilities through play-based activities and adaptive equipment. Educate families on therapeutic goals and home strategies to support daily routines. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including pediatricians, speech therapists, and educators to coordinate holistic care. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and communicate findings to referring physicians and schools.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist
