Occupational Therapist/Certified Hand Therapist - PRN

Conduct outpatient hand therapy for upper extremity conditions, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-operative fractures. Develop objective patient goals and establish treatment frequency and duration in collaboration with referring physicians. Provide comprehensive, individualized treatment programs while adhering to state Practice Act laws and documenting care requirements. Supervise and delegate occupational therapy care within federal and state guidelines. Maintain relationships with referral sources and participate in designing new programs or procedures per HIPAA guidelines.
