Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy services for upper extremity patients in accordance with established clinical protocols and state/federal guidelines. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Supervise and delegate patient care activities to occupational therapy assistants and clinical aides while collaborating with physicians and the rehabilitation team to coordinate care. Develop and implement individualized therapeutic activity programs to restore function and support return to work. Perform patient scheduling and front desk functions as needed. Maintain professional conduct and pursue continuing education. Full-time on-site Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current Occupational Therapy License in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
- BLS Certification Required
- Certified Hand Therapy License
- Experience in an outpatient orthopedic occupational therapy clinic preferred
