Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services in accordance with clinical protocols, state and federal guidelines, and company policies. Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries. Supervise and delegate patient care activities to occupational therapy assistants and clinical aides while coordinating with physicians and the rehabilitation team. Develop and implement individualized therapeutic activity programs to restore function and support return to work. Perform patient scheduling and front desk functions as needed. Maintain professional conduct and pursue continuing education. This full-time, on-site role includes a Monday through Friday schedule and offers a salary range of $25 to $37.50 per hour.
