Occupational Therapist - Certified Hand Therapist

Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy services in accordance with established clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and company policies. Complete timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, reports, and discharge summaries. Ensure patients are treated promptly while promoting adherence to prescribed plans of care, home exercise programs, and appointment attendance standards. Supervise and delegate duties to occupational therapy assistants and clinical aides in accordance with the state practice act. Collaborate with referring physicians and the rehabilitation team to coordinate patient care. Develop and implement individualized therapeutic activity programs to restore function, promote independence, and support return to work or daily life activities. Perform patient scheduling and front desk functions as needed. Maintain professional conduct, pursue continuing education, and adhere to all company policies. This full-time, on-site role includes Monday through Friday hours.
