Job Summary
Conduct goal-directed intervention, equipment and assistive technology prescription, and delivery for infants through to 65+ year olds across a mixed caseload. Manage community liaison and connection while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team including speech pathology, physiotherapy, and occupational therapy. Provide evidence-based care focused on achieving client goals within both the clinic and community settings. Join a team of 20 at our Prairiewood site that operates a funded baby clinic for children under 2 at risk of cerebral palsy.
