Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and treatment for assigned patients to help them reach maximum performance levels and function independently within their capabilities. Administer sensor-motor integration techniques, design and fabricate splints and adaptive equipment, and instruct patients in self-care skills for meal preparation, dressing, and home management. Maintain timely patient records, participate in home assessments, and provide therapy for neurological and developmental needs. Requires a Colorado Occupational Therapist License in good standing, one year of experience preferred, and proficiency with adaptive tools. Full-time role at a premier senior living provider in Lakewood, CO, with a pay rate of $50–$53 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapist License in good standing with DORA

- Strong supervisory and leadership skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
