Occupational Therapist

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and treatment for assigned patients to maximize their functional performance within community limits. Administer sensor-motor integration techniques, visual perceptual-motor remediation, and therapeutic exercises to improve strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination. Design and fabricate splints, slings, and adaptive equipment per physician prescriptions, while instructing patients in self-care skills for meal preparation, dressing, and home management. Maintain accurate patient records and reports, and participate in home assessments to support individualized therapy programs.
