Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic evaluations and administer treatment programs to increase patients' functional levels using therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques. Design and fabricate splints, slings, and adaptive equipment per medical prescriptions while providing consultation on environmental design and patient positioning. Instruct patients in self-care skills for meal preparation, dressing, and home management, and participate in home assessments. Maintain accurate patient records and reports in accordance with departmental standards. Requires a Colorado Occupational Therapist license, one year of experience preferred, and proficiency with adaptive tools. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy
- Current Colorado Occupational Therapist License in good standing with DORA
