Job Summary
Provide one-on-one occupational therapy to older adults in-home or within senior living communities, including private residences and memory care. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapy to improve mobility, independence, and aging-in-place outcomes. Document in FOX’s EMR, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists), and educate patients, caregivers, and staff. Telehealth/virtual care is available to extend access and flexibility. This role offers multiple employment types (Full-time in-home/senior living, Part-time with benefits eligibility, and PRN option), with opportunities for new graduates and ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
