Job Summary
Provide skilled Occupational Therapy services in patients' homes in the New Orleans area, collaborating with physicians to evaluate functional status and develop/execute the plan of care. Support the plan of care within the scope of OT practice, coordinate with the health-care team, set rehab goals, and guide patients in therapeutic activities to improve function. Ensure regular written summaries to physicians (every 60 days) and maintain patient-focused service delivery. Eligible candidates must be licensed in Louisiana, registered with AOTA, have at least one year of OT experience, and hold CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Louisiana occupational therapy license (current)
- Registered by the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- At least 1 year of OT experience
- CPR certification
