Job Summary
Occupational Therapist position (Part-Time and PRN) in Fayetteville, AR. Provide skilled OT services in patients' homes, assist physicians with evaluating functional status and developing the plan of care, and coordinate with the health-care team. Responsibilities include delivering OT within the scope defined by Arkansas state laws, preparing written summaries to the physician every two months, setting rehab goals, and guiding patients in therapeutic, creative, and self-care activities to improve function. Requires AR license and AOTA registration, and at least one year of OT experience; CPR certification is required. Mileage reimbursement and ESOP benefits are included. Required Qualifications
