Occupational Therapist

Evaluate post-acute and long-term care residents, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve ADLs, mobility, cognition, and safety. Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate families and caregivers, and document clinical outcomes. This onsite role is part of CareRite Centers' skilled nursing and rehabilitation team within a resident-centered, hospitality-driven culture that supports ongoing clinical development and meaningful impact on quality of life.
