Job Summary
Provide and direct resident rehabilitation care within general accepted practice methods, meeting all center, state, federal, and accrediting standards. Evaluate resident needs to establish effective and efficient treatment plans, then manage and coordinate supervision of these plans with all staff and other disciplines. Participate in screening residents according to directed schedules, perform necessary clinical documentation, and maintain complete, accurate, and timely billing records. Provide feedback to the designated supervisor on all clinical and rehabilitation issues while participating in in-service training programs as requested. May travel to other facilities to provide services on a limited basis. This role offers full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts with a salary ranging from $38 to $65 per hour, located at CareOne at Newton in Newton, MA. Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and an active license, with a preference for experience in older adult rehabilitation.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current and Active Occupational Therapist license within the state of operations
