Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative team environment, supervise care and treatments, and document outcomes while building meaningful patient relationships and contributing to successful independence and quality of life. Requires current licensure or state certification and CPR; Master’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
