Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support their physical, mental, and emotional recovery, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to positive outcomes using specialized OT skills and access to cutting-edge technology. Licensure or certification required by state regulations and CPR certification are required; a Master’s Degree is preferred (or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
