Providing direct patient care as an Occupational Therapist in inpatient rehabilitation, including supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support recovery and independence. Build meaningful relationships with patients, address their physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrate patient victories while contributing to a collaborative team focused on compassionate, high-quality care. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
